Effect Test of Supply Chain Digitization on New Quality Productivity of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the relationship between supply chain digitization and new quality productivity of enterprises,and then selects the data of China's A-share listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022 to empirically analyze the impact and mechanism of supply chain digitization on new quality productivity of en-terprises.The study finds that supply chain digitization has a significant effect on the improvement of new quality productivity of enterprises,and that the conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.The mechanism test results show that supply chain digitization mainly promotes the improvement of new quality productivity of enterprises by enhancing their dynamic capabilities(perceptual learning ability,knowledge creation ability and resource integration ability).Heterogeneity analysis results show that the promotion effect of supply chain digitization on the new quality productivity of enterprises is more obvious in state-owned en-terprises,enterprises in the eastern region and high-tech enterprises.关键词
