Research on the role of science and technology in empowering the construction of national demonstration areas for ethnic unity and progress:an case study based on Dai Autonomous Prefecture of Xishuangbanna

Abstract
Based on empirical research in Dai Autonomous Prefecture of Xishuangbanna,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the core role of science and technology in promoting the development of national demonstration areas for ethnic unity and progress.By reviewing relevant literature on the construction of national demonstration areas for ethnic unity and progress,the study provides a case study on the relationship between technological empowerment and the development of such areas in Xishuangbanna.Science and technology empowerment has played a crucial role in policy formulation,talent cultivation,and financial investment in promoting national unity and progress in Xishuangbanna,providing strong support for ecological civilization construction,rural revitalization,and the preservation and dissemination of ethnic culture.The study identifies that the core elements of science and technology empowerment in the construction of national demonstration areas for ethnic unity and progress consist of technology policies,talents,funding.It discusses the important connections and interactive mechanisms among these three core elements and summarizes the model of government integration of science and technology resources to strengthen national unity.The study also analyzes the shortcomings in the use of science and technology to serve national unity construction and proposes improvement measures for the next steps,providing a reference for further enhancing the effectiveness of science and technology in empowering the construction of national demonstration areas for ethnic unity and progress.关键词
