不同同期发情方法对小尾寒羊发情效果的影响
Influence of different simultaneous estrus methods on the effect of estrus in Small-tailed Han sheep

Abstract
In order to screen out appropriate simultaneous estrus treatments and improve the reproductive efficiency of ewes,this experi-ment used five methods for simultaneous estrus treatments in Small-tailed Han sheep:Group Ⅰ (n=50):treated with silicone vaginal sup-pository(controlled internal drug release,CIDR)+sodium chloroprostane(prostaglandin,PG);Group Ⅱ (n=50):with CIDR+preg-nant mare serum gonadotrophin(PMSG);Group Ⅲ (n=53):with progesterone releasing intravaginal device(PRID)+PG;Group Ⅳ (n=53):with PRID+PMSG;Group Ⅴ (n=51):with 2 times PG method.Then,the estrus and conception rate of ewes after simultane-ous estrus treatment was recorded,and the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and progester-one(P4)levels in the peripheral blood of ewes were monitored.The results showed that the estrus rate of the ewes in different treatment groups was as follows:Group Ⅱ (92.00％)>Group Ⅰ (90.00％)>Group Ⅲ (84.91％)>Group Ⅳ(83.02％)>Group Ⅴ (76.47％).The total estrus rates of the ewes in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of Group Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P<0.05),and significantly higher than that of Group Ⅴ (P<0.01).The time of estrus of the ewes after the simultaneous estrus treatment was within the pe-riod of 24-48 h;and the conception rates of the ewes in different groups were in the order of Group Ⅱ (82.61％)>Group Ⅰ (77.78％)>Group Ⅳ (77.72％)>Group Ⅲ (64.44％)>Group Ⅴ (53.85％),withthe conception rates of Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ being extremely signifi-cantly higher than those of Groups Ⅲ and Ⅴ (P<0.01),and the conception rate of Group Ⅳ being extremely significantly higher than that of Group Ⅲ.During the simultaneous estrus treatment,the FSH concentration in the serum of the ewes peaked at 6 d and 14 d,and the trend of LH,P4 and E2 concentration was basically the same,peakingat 4 d and 12 d.Therefore,the simultaneous estrus treatment with CIDR+PMSG mosteffectively improved the estrus rate and reproductive efficiency in Small-tailed Han sheep,with the peak of estrus being at 48 h after withdrawal of the bolus,which is the best time to carry out artificial insemination.关键词
