新疆阿克苏地区羊无形体感染情况调查
A survey of sheep Anaplasma infections in Aksu,Xinjiang

Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence of Anaplasma ovis and the infection of Anaplasma phagocytophilum in the Aksu region,and the molecular characteristics of the pathogen.A total of 540 sheep blood samples were collected from from sheep in nine counties and cities under the jurisdiction of Aksu Prefecture.The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method was used to detect the presence of the pathogens by targeting the genes encoding HSP60(groEL)and a subsequence gene of 16S rDNA(SSAP2).Then,strong positive samples for sequencing were selected,MegaAlign for homology comparison was used,and Mega 11.0 was used to construct a phylogenetic tree.The results were as follows:The overall prevalence of Anaplasma infection was 44.81%(242/540),with a prevalence of A.ovis infection being 35.74%(193/540)and 11.67%(63/540)in A.phagocytophilum,and 2.60%(14/540)in mixed infections.There was a significant difference in the prevalence of Anaplasma infection among different counties(P<0.001).In different breeding environments,the Anaplasma infection rate of the free-range households was the highest at 57.22%(103/180).Statistically significant differences were found in the overall number of Anaplasma infections in different rearing environments(P<0.001).The Aksu region of Xinjiang is an endemic area for A.ovis and A.phago-cytophilum,and should continue to strengthen the prevention,control and quarantine of the anamorphs.关键词
