Development Analysis and Transformation and Upgrading Pathways of Railway Logistics Yards
摘要
Abstract
To accelerate the transformation and upgrading of railway logistics yards,enhance the role of railways as a backbone in the modern logistics system,and better serve the new development pattern,this paper first systematically reviewed the development history of China's railway logistics yards,identifying the current stage as one of transition for logistics yards.It then conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in logistics yards,regarding infrastructure,service capabilities,and business development.Secondly,it examined the new requirements for the transformation and upgrading of railway logistics yards in the context of the construction of a modern logistics system,the establishment of a regional comprehensive freight hub,and the railways'pursuit of high-quality development.The paper also comprehensively summarized beneficial experiences from Chinese and foreign railway and logistics companies in terms of logistics yard planning,service provision,and system operations that could be used as references.Finally,drawing on the research presented,the paper proposed a strategic approach for the transformation and upgrading of railway logistics yards.This approach emphasized the importance of aligning with the broader strategic context,fostering open and integrated development,being proactive yet measured in advancement,and driving innovation.The implementation path was outlined through a framework of"two perspectives,three-dimensional efforts,and four transformations",which was designed to facilitate the evolution of railway logistics yards from traditional transportation operations to modern logistics management.This strategic shift was crucial for bolstering the modern railway logistics system construction and reducing societal logistics costs.关键词
