Abstract

Cellulose nanofibers(CNF)and chitosan nanofibers(ChNF)were successfully prepared by TEMPO oxidation method as supporting matrix and achieved induced mineralization of amorphous calcium phosphate(ACP),which promoted the regenerative repair of periodontal tissues.Through the optimized combination of directional freeze-drying and solution casting processes,CNF/ChNF-ACP bilayer composite membranes were prepared with dry and wet fracture strengths of 17.5 MPa and 3.8 MPa,respectively,which significantly enhanced the mechanical properties of the periodontal tissue restoration scaffolds.In vitro cellular and antimicrobial experiments showed that the bilayer membrane could promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells,and the inhibition rate of E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus was more than 96%,and the CNF/ChNF-ACP bilayer composite membrane showed significant potential for application in the field of oral alveolar bone regeneration,which provided a new material option for periodontal tissue engineering.
