纤维素纳米纤维/聚乳酸复合薄膜的制备及性能研究

Abstract
The common sizing agent alkyl ketene dimer(AKD)was applied to the interfacial control of polylactic acid/cellulose nanofibrils(PLA/CNF)composite system.Through the esterification of the hydroxyl group on the surface of CNF and AKD,the dual mechanism of chemical grafting and physical entanglement was successfully established.The hydrophobic modification of CNF and the enhanced cooperative optimization of PLA matrix were realized.Infrared results showed that AKD successfully reacted with the hydroxyl group on the surface of CNF and introduced long alkyl chains.The composite films prepared by solution blending showed a unique mechanical-hydrophobic synergistic effect:When the addition of AKD-CNF reached 5%(wt),the elongation at break increased by 156%(2.28%vs 0.89%of pure PLA),and the contact Angle increased to 105.2º(19.5º higher than that of PLA/CNF).This performance synergies from the AKD-induced"core-shell"structure(SEM shows that CNF is uniformly dispersed without fiber aggregation),the hydrophobic shell inhibits fiber aggregation,and the molecular entangling of the alkyl chain with PLA effectively transfers interface stress.This study provides a new paradigm of transboundary modification for the multifunctional design of bio-based materials.关键词
