摘要

Abstract

Porous cellulose microspheres are widely used in the separation and purification of biomacromolecules due to their abundant and low-cost raw material(cellulose),renewability,and excellent biological safety.The paper reviews the research progress in the preparation of porous cellulose microspheres,introduces the progress in preparing these microspheres using methods such as the falling-drop method,emulsification method,electrostatic spray method,microfluidic method,and microbial fermentation method.Additionally,it discusses the functionalization strategies for porous cellulose microspheres,including chemical modification,physical blending,functionalization,and crosslinking.
