美洲大蠊油脂成分测定及抗氧化活性研究
Determination of oil composition and antioxidant activity of Periplaneta american
摘要
Abstract
The alcoholic extract of Periplaneta americana was obtained by ethanol extraction and its oil composition was purified by separation.Their fatty acids type and content and their antioxidant activity were determined.The oils were treated by saponification and methyl esterification methods,and then analyzed by GC-MS.The ability of three extracted oils to scavenge DPPH free radicals was measured using vitamin E as a positive control.The results show that the three oils contained 20 fatty acids,including oleic,linoleic,palmitic and stearic acids,et al.These oils had stronger antioxidant activity than vitamin E.The research results provide a reference for the comprehensive utilization of American cockroaches.关键词
