石菖蒲方剂数据的挖掘分析及规律研究
Regularity research and analysis of prescriptions containing Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma
摘要
Abstract
This study explores the compatibility and application patterns of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma prescriptions,providing valuable references for its scientific and standardized use of Acorus Calamus.Prescriptions containing Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were collected from the Medicine Intelligence Network and relevant professional books.Software tools such as Vosviewer 1.6.15,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,and IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 were employed for compatibility density analysis,frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and factor analysis.In addition,Cytoscape3.7.2 was used to identify the core traditional Chinese medicine for disease treatment.Based on the analysis of the combination density and association rules of 817 studied formulas,traditional Chinese medicines such as Poria,Polygalae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Ophiopogonis Radixare frequently used in combination with Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.Efficacy category analysis showed that it is most often combined with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,calming the mind,releasing the exterior,and promoting diuresis and dampness.These prescriptions are commonly used for treating conditions such as epilepsy and stroke.For epilepsy treatment,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma is frequently combined with Poria,Polygalae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Cinnabaris,Ophiopogonis Radix.While eight common factors were extracted by factor analysis as well.Factor analysis extracted 8 common factors.The analysis of the compatibility and application patterns of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma prescriptions clarified its clinical application direction and laid a foundation for its research and development.关键词
