The Body Aided with Intelligent Technology:A New Approach in Embodied Teaching

摘要

Abstract

The embodied cognition redefines the relationship among the body,environment,and cognition,making the body the core theme of the new generation of cognitive science.Embodied teaching combines the core concept of embodied cognition with intelligent technology,creating an immersive teaching environment and improving the learners'body perception and experience in the teaching process.After analyzing the two transitions from disembodiment to embodiment,and from non-technical teaching to technical teaching,the paper explains the two forms of embodied teaching supported by technology,and proposes three paths for it:constructing an embodied teaching environment,involving physical environment,social environment,and virtual environment;improving effective physical participation;and strengthening the correlation between learning content and embodied teaching activities.
