胃肠宁颗粒对乙酸致小鼠慢性胃溃疡模型的影响
Influence of Weichangning Granules on acetic acid-induced chronic gastric ulcer model in mice
摘要
Abstract
A mouse gastric ulcer model was established using acetic acid injection.The experimental animals were randomly divided into a model group,positive control group,and low,medium,and high dose Weichangning Granules groups.Superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and nitrogen monoxide(NO)the serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),while the contents prostaglandin E2(PGE2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VGEF),epidermal growth factor(EGF),and basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF)in the gastric tissue were also detected to evaluate the effect of Weichangning Granules on gastric mucosal protection and ulcer healing.Compared with the normal control group,the concentrations of SOD,GSH-PX and NO were significantly decreased,and MDA was significantly increased(P<0.01)in the model group.The levels of PGE2,VGEF,EGF and b-FGF were significantly decreased(P<0.01)in the gastric homogenate of the model group mice.Compared with the model group,the levels of serum SOD,GSH-PX and NO were significantly increased in each administration group(P<0.05/0.01),and the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05/0.01).The levels of b-FGF in gastric tissue were significantly increased in each administration group(P<0.05/0.01),and the levels of EGF were also increased in the middle and low dose groups of Weichangning(P<0.05).Weichangning Granules have obvious protective effects on mice with chronic ulcer induced by acetic acid,and its mechanism may be related to enhancing the antioxidant capacity,improving the microcirculation of the injured part,and increasing the expression of repair factors.关键词
