摘要

Abstract

The structure parameters of the 12/14 bearingless switched reluctance motor(BSRM)have different influence law for key performance of torque system and suspension system,which makes it difficult to uniformly optimize the key performances of the torque/suspension system.In this paper,a unified optimization strategy of the 12/14 BSRM torque/suspension dual system is proposed.The single system sensitive variable and the dual-system sensitive variable in the proposed optimization strategy are innovatively defined from the characteristic influence patterns of 12/14 BSRM parameters on the key performance of torque system and suspension system.Furthermore,the progressive single system coarse optimization is carried out for the single system sensitive variables,and the interactive dual-system cooperative optimization is carried out for the dual-system sensitive variables.The optimal value of the single torque system sensitive variable,the optimal value of the single suspension system sensitive variable and the optimal value of the dual-system sensitive variable are obtained successively.Finally,a comparative analysis is conducted on the key performance of the 12/14 BSRM torque and suspension systems before and after optimization,and an experimental platform is built to test the performance of the optimized motor.The high efficiency and feasibility of the unified optimization method for key performance of dual systems are verified by simulation and experimental results.
