Current Situation of Navigation Route Management in China and Supervision Suggestions
摘要
Abstract
Navigation routes are channels connecting major coastal ports,playing a crucial role in national economic development,foreign trade,and navigation safety.With the rapid development of China's economy,the traffic flow in the sea routes has increased sharply,and the contradiction in the usetilization of marine resources is has becomebecoming increasingly prominent.Navigation routes management is facinged with a series of problems and challenges.Through analyzing the current development and management status of navigation routes,this paper proposes management suggestions from the aspects of regulatory regulation formulation,strengtheneding supervision,utilization publicity and implementation,and facility infrastructure construction based on maritime responsibilities.关键词
