摘要
Abstract
Periodontal disease is a leading cause of tooth loss.Traditional treatments primarily focus on controlling in-flammation,but the regeneration of periodontal tissues(such as alveolar bone,periodontal ligament,and cementum)re-mains a challenge.Platelet concentrates,derived from centrifuged whole blood,have evolved through three generations,primarily including platelet-rich plasma,platelet-rich fibrin,and concentrated growth factors.The various evolution forms of platelet concentrates and the multiple active factors they contain have become significant biological materials for promoting periodontal tissue regeneration.This article reviews the characteristics of platelet concentrates and the re-search progress in their application in periodontology,providing a basis for optimizing periodontal disease treatment strat-egies.关键词
