Study on the Influence of Self-prepared Modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction Combined with Mild Moxibustion on Muscle Tension and Limb Motor Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of self-prepared modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with mild moxibustion on muscle tension and limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Huangpu People's Hospital of Zhongshan from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine combined with electroacupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with self-prepared modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with mild moxibustion on this basis.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment score(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI),stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)and modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FMA,MBI,SS-QOL and MAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FMA,MBI and SS-QOL scores in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and MAS scores were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-prepared modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with mild moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,protect their cerebral nerves,improve muscle tension and limb motor function,and improve their life ability and quality of life.关键词
