PNF对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动及自动态平衡功能的影响
Effect of PNF on Lower Limb Movement and Steady Dynamic Balance Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)on lower limb movement and steady dynamic balance function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia who received treatment in Department of Rehabilitation,Longyan Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into conventional group and PNF group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional physical therapy(PT),and the PNF group was given PNF training on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effect,lower limb function,steady dynamic balance function,muscle tone and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of PNF group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%of conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lower limb scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment and modified Barhtel index(MBI)scores in PNF group were higher than those in conventional group,the reaction time was shorter than that in conventional group,the moving speed and endpoint travel were higher than those in conventional group,and the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PNF combined with conventional PT is effective in stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is beneficial to the recovery of lower limb function and steady dynamic balance function and the improvement of daily living ability.关键词
