脉冲染料激光联合非剥脱性点阵激光治疗儿童面部线状瘢痕的效果及安全性
Efficacy and Safety of Pulsed Dye Laser Combined with Non-ablative Fractional Laser in the Treatment of Facial Linear Scarring in Children

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of pulsed dye laser(PDL)combined with non-ablative fractional laser(NAFL)in the treatment of facial linear scarring in children.Method:Eighty cases of children with facial linear scar from May 2021 to May 2022 in the Pediatric Plastic Surgery Department of Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group,the experimental group was treated with PDL combined with NAFL,and the control group was treated with PDL only,The scar status of the children was evaluated by the Vancouver scar scale(VSS)and the scale for cosmetic assessment and rating(SCAR),and the scar width and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in VSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the VSS scores in the experimental group at 1 month and 3,6 months after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One year after treatment,SCAR score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scar width of experimental group 1 month and 2 months after treatment were smaller than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group and control group was 5.00%and 10.00%,respectively,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of children's facial linear scar with PDL combined with NAFL is remarkable,which can effectively accelerate damage repair and prevent excessive widening of the scar.关键词
