Clinical Effect of Cervical Pull-up Suture Combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in the Treatment of Low-segment Uterine Bleeding during Caesarean Section of Scar Uterus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of cervical pull-up suture combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in the treatment of low-segment uterine bleeding during caesarean section of scar uterus.Method:A total of 82 parturients with caesarean section of scar uterus admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional suture hemostasis,and the experimental group received cervical pull-up suture combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories based on the control group.The general conditions of operation,postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume and bleeding volume 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).None of the patients in the experimental group received blood transfusion,and the plasma and cell suspension inputs in the control group were(312.96±33.74)mL and(562.45±68.81)mL,respectively.The hospital stay,the duration of lochia rubra and menstrual rehydration time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(7.32%vs 14.63%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Cervical pull-up suture combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories is effective in the treatment of low-segment uterine bleeding during caesarean section of scar uterus,which can effectively reduce the bleeding volume and blood transfusion,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
