穴位贴敷结合系统化安宁疗护在重度癌痛患者护理中的应用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Systematic Palliative Care in the Nursing of Patients with Severe Cancer Pain

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with systematic palliative care in patients with severe cancer pain.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe cancer pain admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application combined with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with systematic palliative care.Pain degree,negative emotion,hope level and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in pain degree,negative emotion,hope level and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Herth hope index(HHI)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain degree score of quality of life(QOL)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of appetite,insomnia and mental health were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application combined with systematic palliative care has obvious effect in the care of patients with severe cancer pain,the pain sense is significantly reduced,and the quality of life of patients is improved.关键词
