Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of progressive rehabilitation training based on motivational behavior transformation in patients after knee arthroplasty.Method:A total of 120 patients underwent knee arthroplasty admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from March 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing measures after surgery,and the experimental group was given progressive rehabilitation training based on motivational behavior transformation on the basis of the reference group.Knee joint function,knee joint pain and balance function,and knee joint range of motion were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and the complications of the two groups were recorded.Result:After intervention,the hospital for special surgery(HSS)knee joint scores and Lysholm knee joint scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the visual analogue scale scores of the experimental group after intervention was lower,and the Berg balance scale scores was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the knee straightness of the experimental group after intervention was smaller,and the knee flexion was larger,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that of reference group(16.67%),the difference was statistically significant(字2=5.926,P=0.015).Conclusion:Progressive rehabilitation training based on motivational behavior transformation in patients after knee arthroplasty can promote knee joint function recovery,alleviate pain,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
