Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of prehospital emergency intervention based on 5G+intelligent technology on patients with traumatic shock.Method:Clinical data of 74 patients with traumatic shock admitted to People's Hospital of Anshun City from January 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were grouped according to different intervention methods,among which 37 patients receiving routine intervention were included in the control group,and 37 patients receiving prehospital emergency intervention based on 5G+intelligent technology were included in the observation group.The first aid efficiency,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The consultation time,the time from admission to the operating room and the time of treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of prehospital emergency intervention based on 5G+intelligent technology in patients with traumatic shock has significant effects,which can improve emergency efficiency,reduce adverse events,and improve patient care satisfaction.关键词
