中医综合护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后下肢水肿程度及生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on the degree of lower limb edema and quality of life of patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery.Method:A total of 64 patients who underwent surgery for gynecological malignant tumors in Tai'an Tumour Prevention and Treatment Hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 patients in each group.The control group selected routine nursing,and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of postoperative lower limb edema,quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:On 3 and 7 d after surgery,the limb dimensions of subpatellar 10 cm,suprapatellar 5 cm and ankle 5 cm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the world health organization quality of life-Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)scores of two groups were lower than those before surgery,but that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after surgery,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in two groups were higher than those before surgery and 1 week after surgery,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in two groups were higher than those before surgery and 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the postoperative lower limb edema of patients with gynecological malignant tumor,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
