医护一体化护理对冠心病患者自护能力、负性情绪及生活质量的影响
The Effects of Integrated Medical Care on Self-care Ability,Negative Emotions and Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of integrated medical care on self-care ability,negative emotions and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups(n=40)according to the random number method,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with integrated medical care intervention.Self-care ability,negative emotion,quality of life,blood lipid level,heart health self-efficacy and self-management(HH-SESM)were evaluated in the two groups.Result:After intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),HH-SESM in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the blood lipid levels of the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of integrated medical care for patients with coronary heart disease can alleviate patients'negative emotions,enhance patients'self-efficacy,improve patients'body blood lipids,and improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life.关键词
