Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative wound edema and pain score in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 88 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in the Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(acupoint application+traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing),with 44 cases in each group.The recovery index,pain score,wound edema and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Result:After 3,5 and 7 d of intervention,the wound edema and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of symptoms remission in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can alleviate pain and edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,promote recovery,and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
