Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)levels and cardiac function in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS).Method:A total of 102 patients with NSTE-ACS who were treated in the Cardiovascular Department of People's Hospital of Ruijin City from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the case group,and 34 healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI in all patients were compared,and the relationship between NT-proBNP,cTnI and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients with NSTE-ACS was analyzed.Result:The levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in case group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in patients with different Killip grades of cardiac function in the case group were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in Killip grade Ⅳ patients were higher than those in Killip grade Ⅲ patients,the levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in Killip grade Ⅲ patients were higher than those in Killip grade Ⅱ patients,and the levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in Killip grade Ⅱ patients were higher than those in Killip grade Ⅰ patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that serum NT-proBNP and cTnI levels were negatively correlated with LVEF in NSTE-ACS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in NSTE-ACS patients are higher than those in healthy subjects,and the higher the Killip grade of cardiac function is,the higher the levels of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI are,and there are negative correlation between NT-proBNP,cTnI and LVEF in NSTE-ACS patients.关键词
