Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Zangfu diagram point percussion therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)on limb dysfunction after stroke.Method:A total of 140 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke treated in Macheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(receiving NMES treatment)and observation group(receiving NMES combined with Zangfu diagram point percussion therapy)by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Chinese medicine syndrome score,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score,cerebral hemodynamic indexes[vascular resistance index(RI),maximum blood flow peak(Vs),bilateral cerebral artery average flow velocity(Vm)],neuropeptide Y(NPY),interleukin-10(IL-10)between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FAM upper limb score,FAM lower limb score and BBS score in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,RI,NPY and IL-10 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,Vs and Vm were higher than those before treatment,and RI,NPY and IL-10 in observation group were lower than those in control group,Vs and Vm were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After stroke,patients with limb dysfunction receive Zangfu diagram point percussion therapy combined with NMES treatment,which can improve cerebral hemodynamics,restore limb balance,reduce NPY and IL-10,and promote limb function recovery.关键词
