基于医联体的中西医结合延续护理对肾病综合征患儿心理健康影响的研究
Research on the impact of continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mental health of children with nephrotic syndrome based on medical treatment combination

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mental health of children with nephrotic syndrome(NS)based on medical treatment combination.Methods A total of 100 children with NS admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities and the Departments of Pediatrics and Nephrology in the Affiliated Southwest Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=50)and the control(n=50)group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,while the experimental group was treated with the intervention of continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on medical treatment combination on basis of the nursing of the control group.The mental health level,quality of life(QoL),self-management,disease relapse rate and incidence of concurrent infection of the two groups of children were compared.Results After 6 months of intervention,the psychological resilience score in the experimental group was(89.88±7.58)points,higher than(73.44±4.06)points in the control group,and the QoL score was(92.24±6.09)points,higher than(74.94±3.80)points in the control group,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The self-management score of the experimental group was 105.50(95.75,115.00)points,higher than 84.50(75.00,93.25)points of the control group,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The disease relapse rate was 12%in the experimental group,lower than 32%in the control group,and the infection rate was 14%in the experimental group,lower than 38%in the control group,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on medical treatment combination can improve the mental health level,QoL and self-management ability of children with NS,and reduce the relapse rate and the incidence of concurrent infection.关键词
