摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Levocarnitine assisted hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)and its influence on microinflammatory status and toxic clearance.Method:A total of 1,031 patients with CRF treated in Mudan People's Hospital of Heze City from December 2017 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=486)and control group(n=545)according to the difference of treatment plans. The control group was given hemodialysis treatment, and the observation group was given Levocarnitine assisted hemodialysis treatment. The clinical effective rate, renal function index, estmate glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr),toxin clearance and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effective rate, blood phosphorus clearance, blood potassium clearance and parathyroid hormone clearance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urinary protein quantity,C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,eGFR,Ccr in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levocarnitine assisted hemodialysis in patients with CRF has significant effects, which can improve renal function, increase eGFR and Ccr levels, increase toxin clearance rate, and alleviate inflammation.关键词
