摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil on respiratory function and nerve function in patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm surgery.Method:A total of 90 patients underwent intracranial aneurysm surgery admitted to Zhongshan City People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different medication used for maintenance of anesthesia. The control group(n=45)was treated with Propofol combined with Remifentanil, and the observation group was treated with Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil. The hemodynamics, respiratory function, nerve function and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:At T1,T2 and T3,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T1,T2 and T3,the partial pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide(PETCO2)in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2)levels were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(字2=0.211,P=0.645).The neuron-specific enolase(NSE)level 3 days after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil has less effect on hemodynamics, respiratory function and nerve function in patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm surgery, and has a good safety.关键词
