运动学习理论视角下的手功能康复训练对冠状动脉介入术后患者肢体疼痛缓解的影响研究
The effect of hand function rehabilitation training on limb pain relief of patients after coronary intervention under the perspective of motor learning theory

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hand function rehabilitation training based on motor learning theory on upper limb and hand function recovery,pain relief and improvement of palm swelling after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)by radial approach.Methods A total of 400 patients hospitalized in Beijing Daxing District People's Hospital after PCI from January to October 2022 were selected,200 patients from January to May 2022 were selected as the control group,and 200 patients from June to October 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received hand function rehabilitation training based on motor learning theory.The functional recovery,pain degree and palm swelling degree of the two groups were quantitatively compared by the disabilities of the arm,shoulder and hand outcome(DASH),visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain and palmar circumference diameter.Results After intervention,the DASH score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the VAS score at 30 min,2 h and 4 h after surgery was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the palm circumference diameter at 2 h and 4 h after surgery was also significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).In addition,the effects of limb pain,swelling relief and hand function improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hand function rehabilitation training based on motor learning theory can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb and hand function in post-PCI patients,alleviate postoperative pain,and reduce palm swelling,which has high clinical application value.关键词
