摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of negative pressure drainage tube in single-port thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung.Method:A total of 98 patients underwent single-port thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(n=49,with conventional chest tube indwelling)and an observation group(n=49,with negative pressure drainage tube indwelling)using the ball-drawing method. The drainage effect(thoracic drainage volume, drainage tube removal time, suture removal time),perioperative indicators(intraoperative blood loss, first ambulation time),pain intensity[present pain intensity(PPI),visual analog scale(VAS)],and postoperative complication rates(pleural effusion, tube orifice leakage, subcutaneous emphysema, arrhythmia)were compared between the two groups.Result:The thoracic drainage volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the drainage tube removal time, suture removal time and first ambulation time were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PPI and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of complications and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of negative pressure drainage tube in patients undergoing single-port thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung can improve the postoperative drainage effect, relieve postoperative pain and promote early recovery.关键词
