人格特质对学习者在线学习行为影响的LSA分析
LSA analysis of the influence of personality traits on learners'online learning behavior

Abstract
Personality traits have been proved to have a significant impact on learners'online learning behavior,but few scholars have conducted relevant empirical studies.This study collected the learners'online behavioral data for one semester aiming at an online and offline blended course,and compared the sequence difference of online learning behavior of learners with different personality traits based on the simplified version of the Big Five Personality Inventory(NEO-FFI)by using the lag sequential analysis(LSA)method.The results show that learners with high scores in personality di-mensions favor participating in two-way interactive communication learning activities,neurotic and du-tiful learners tend to follow the conventional knowledge acquisition path,and learners with cautious and exploratory traits tend to use efficient online learning strategies.Based on the findings of the study,two suggestions are put forward for the online learning platform,including"optimizing the dis-cussion and Q&A area to set up a good interactive communication platform for learners"and"develop-ing an intelligent guidance system to provide learners with personalized learning paths",so as to opti-mize the design of course platform and promote the quality of online learning.关键词
