Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction on patients with phlegm-heat severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia of phlegm-heat type admitted to the Critical Care Medicine Department of Sanming Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard treatment,and the study group was treated with modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction.After 21 d of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes and levels of inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of cough,pulmonary rales and fever were earlier than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of phlegm-heat severe pneumonia,which can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,reduce lung inflammation,improve lung function and improve prognosis of patients,and has high therapeutic practicability.关键词
