草酸艾司西酞普兰联合喹硫平治疗对双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者HAMD、BRMS、SDSS评分及神经递质的影响
Effects of Combined Treatment with Escitalopram Oxalate and Quetiapine on HAMD Scores,BRMS Scores,SDSS Scores and Neurotransmitters in Patients with Bipolar Disorder and Depressive Episodes

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of combined treatment with Escitalopram Oxalate and Quetiapine on the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS)scores,social disability screening schedule(SDSS)scores and neurotransmitters in patients with bipolar disorder(BPD)and depressive episodes.Method:Eighty-six patients with BPD and depressive episodes who were treated at the Third People's Hospital of Ji'an from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected.The patients were equally divided into monotherapy group and combination group by random numbering method,with 43 cases in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with oral Quetiapine Tablets.On this basis,the combination group was treated with oral Escitalopram Oxalate.All patients were treated for 2 months and followed up.Therapeutic effects and changes in HAMD scores,BRMS scores,SDSS scores and neurotransmitters in the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the monotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMD,BRMS and SDSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the combination group were lower than those of the monotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of dopamine(DA)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combination group were higher than those in the monotherapy group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was higher than that in monotherapy group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment with Escitalopram Oxalate and Quetiapine can effectively improve depressive symptoms,reduce the risk of turning to mania,regulate neurotransmitters,and improve clinical efficacy in patients with BPD and depressive episodes.关键词
