从脂-骨代谢紊乱探讨绝经后骨质疏松症的形成机制
The Formation Mechanism of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis from the Perspective of Lipid-Bone Metabolic Disorders

Abstract
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a chronic metabolic bone disease with kidney deficiency as pathologic basis and lipid-bone metabolism disorder as an important pathological manifestation.Suwen·Ancient Naivete Theory recorded that women in postmenopausal kidney essence deficiency,lack of marrow sea,bone flaccidity,its pathological mechanism is closely related to the disorder of lipid-bone metabolism.Postmenopausal women have decreased estrogen levels,decreased bone mass,and abnormal proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes,which cause imbalance of lipid-bone metabolism,and then lead to postmenopausal osteoporosis.Therefore,from the perspective of lipid-bone metabolism disorders,this paper reviews domestic and foreign literature to further explore the formation mechanism of postmenopausal osteoporosis,in order to provide theoretical basis for subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
