Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Dobutamine combined with Sodium Nitroprusside on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease complicated by chronic heart failure.Method:From May 2019 to August 2023,102 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure treated at the Cardiovascular Department of Jiangnan University Affiliated Central Hospital were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a reference group(n=51)and a experimental group(n=51)using a random number table method.The reference group was treated with Sodium Nitroprusside,while the experimental group was treated with Dobutamine combined with Sodium Nitroprusside.Cardiac function indexes,Canadian Cardiovascular Society(CCS)classification,Seattle angina questionaire(SAQ)and Chinese questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardiovascular diseases(CQQC)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,levels of serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher in the experimental group compared to the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CCS classification of experimental group was better than that of reference group,and the scores of SAQ and CQQC were higher than those of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dobutamine combined with Sodium Nitroprusside can significantly improve cardiac function indicators and enhance the quality of life for patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure,showing notable therapeutic effectiveness.关键词
