Application Progress on Rifampicin in the Treatment of Liver Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for the clinical application of rifampicin in the treatment of liver disease.Methods Relevant literature in databases such as Web of Science,PubMed,Medline,Embase,The Cochrane Library were searched from January 2000 to October 2024.The mechanism of rifampicin in the treatment of different liver diseases was analyzed,and the safety and efficacy of its clinical application were summarized.Results and Conclusion Long-term use of rifampicin has hepatotoxicity,but it can induce bile acid excretion through various mediators such as uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase 1A1,cytochrome P450(CYP450)enzyme,CYP3A4,etc.,and it can improve itching,jaundice and other problems in chronic liver disease.Short-term use of rifampicin in chronic liver disease is safe and effective.关键词
