男性雌激素过多中医证候研究
Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes of Excessive Estrogen in Males

Abstract
Objective:To study the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics of males with excessive estrogen.Methods:A retrospective collection of 230 male patients with excess estrogen was conducted.Their information about age,present illness history,past medical history,clinical manifestations were collected.Based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,a syndrome analysis and classification were performed on the patients.Results:The distribution of syndromes in patients was as follows,from high to low:Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency,Heat Depressed Less Yang,Liver Depression and Kidney Deficiency,Heart-Kidney Non-Interaction,Kidney Deficiency,Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis,Liver-Gallbladder Fire Heat.Conclusion:Elevated estradiol levels have an impact on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency syndrome was the most common in male patients with excess estrogen.Clinical treatment should focus on reinforcing the spleen and kidney,simultaneously considering the treatment of body and mind.关键词
