Application of multidisciplinary cooperation mode to improve the rate of pathogenic examination

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of multidisciplinary cooperation mode to improve the rate of pathogenic examination for inpatients.Methods The inpatients in the Huhhot First Hospital were taken as the research subject.The control group was treated with antibacterial drugs from November 1,2021 to October 31,2022,and the intervention group was treated with antibacterial drugs from November 1,2022 to October 31,2023.The intervention group was managed by multidisciplinary cooperation mode,and the related monitoring indexes of pathogenic examination were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results From November,2021 to October,2023,there were 19,701 patients who were treated with antibiotics in the hospital,and 10,345 patients(52.51%)in the intervention group,aged(60.81±22.63)years.The control group consisted of 9356 people(47.49%)with an age of(58.10±22.40)years.The rate of pathogenic examination in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of pathogenic examination in the intervention group before combined use of key drugs was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary cooperation mode can improve the rate of pathogenic examination before antibiotic treatment and before combined use of key drugs.关键词
