加味升阳益胃汤治疗糖尿病肾病G2～3A3期患者的疗效观察及其对蛋白尿及炎症因子的影响
Effect of Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction(升阳益胃汤)in Treatment of Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy in G2～3A3 Stages and Its Effects on Proteinuria and Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on G2～3A3 stage diabetes nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,and explore its effect on proteinuria and inflammatory factors.Methods:70 patients with G2～3A3 stage diabetes nephropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,modified Shengyang Yiwei Tang and Losartan potassium tablets were orally administered respectively for 12 weeks to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Before and after treatment,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome scores and renal function indicators(24-hour urine protein quantification,urinary microalbumin,estimated glomerular filtration rate,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,etc.)and related serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,CRP were determined.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(90.91%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.75%)(P<0.01);After treatment,the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome score,24-hour urinary protein quantification,urinary albumin excretion rate,and serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP all decreased compared to before treatment,while the glomerular filtration rate increased.All above indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there were no adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion:Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is effective in the treatment of G2～3A3 stage diabetes nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.It can improve clinical symptoms,reduce urinary protein excretion,alleviate inflammatory reaction,and delay disease progression.关键词
