精益管理模式对提高综合外科病房护理安全质量的效果研究
Research on the effect of lean management model on improving nursing safety quality in comprehensive surgical ward
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of lean management model on improving nursing safety quality in comprehensive surgical ward.Methods A total of 80 inpatients and department nurses from the comprehensive surgical ward of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City from April 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and lean management model was applied to nursing safety management in comprehensive surgical ward.The nursing safety quality indices and patient satisfaction from April to October 2023(before implementation)and from November 2023 to May 2024(after implementation)were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of lean management model in nursing safety management in comprehensive surgical ward,the accuracy of checking doctor's prescription was obviously higher than that before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The handover time was effectively shortened compared with that before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of drug management defects,except for excess reserves,was lower than that before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In addition,the assessment scores of nursing safety-related knowledge and nursing quality evaluation of nursing staff were obviously higher than those before implementation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of lean management model in comprehensive surgical nursing safety quality management is conducive to optimizing nursing workflow,improving nursing efficiency,preventing nursing safety adverse events,and upgrading nursing safety quality and patients'satisfaction.关键词
