New Advances in the Pathogenesis and Treatment of IgA Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Immunoglobulin A nephropathy(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide,characterized by a series of pathological changes of immunoglobulin deposition in the mesangial area of the glomerulus and capillary loops where IgA is the main immunoglobulin.Due to the varying clinical manifestations and pathological characteristics among individuals and races,it is necessary to develop comprehensive and individualized plans for patients.In recent years,with in-depth research on the pathogenesis of IgAN,there have been significant gains in targeted therapy.This article briefly describes the pathogenesis of IgAN and provides a review of current IgAN treatment strategies.关键词
