Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of B-ultrasound guidance combined with bone-setting manipulation in close reduction and intramedullary fixation of tibial fracture.Method:A total of 60 patients with tibial fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics Ⅳ,Dianjiang Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional close reduction and intramedullary fixation of tibial fracture,and the experimental group was treated with B-ultrasound guidance combined with bone-setting manipulation for close reduction and intramedullary fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative C-arm fluoroscopy times,hospital stay,excellent and good rate of functional recovery 3 months after surgery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss and fluoroscopy times of experimental group were less than those of control group,and the operation time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(3.33%vs 6.67%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:B-ultrasound guidance combined with bone-setting manipulation has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,less intraoperative fluoroscopy times and faster postoperative functional recovery in close reduction and intramedullary fixation of tibial fracture.关键词
