摘要

Abstract

In light of the research progress on the involvement of microglial cells in the pathogenesis of epilepsy,this article provides an overview of the functions,classifications,and roles of microglial cells in epilepsy,delving into the significant of microglial cells in the onsets and progression of epilepsy.Discussions on microglial cell activation,cytokine release,and signal transduction pathways provide valuable insights for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying epilepsy.Furthermore,indentifying the role of microglial cells in epilepsy can help identify new therapeutic targets for epilepsy treatment.Therefore,this article holds significance research implications for revealing the pathophysiological mechanism of epilepsy and developing related treatments.
