摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO)combined with autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Method:A total of 96 DFU patients admitted to Putian 95 Hospital from June 2021 to March 2024 were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)by random number table method. In addition to conventional treatment, the control group received MEBO therapy, whereas the observation group underwent a combination therapy of MEBO and autologous PRP.Two groups were treated for 1 month, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. The ulcer area and laboratory parameters[hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)]of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(79.17%),the observation group exhibited a higher total effective rate of 95.83%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the ulcer area of the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Post-treatment,both groups experienced reductions in hs-CRP and IL-1 levels, along with increases in VEGF and bFGF levels, notably, the observation group showed more favorable outcomes compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:MEBO combined with autologous PRP in the treatment of DFU can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the ulcer area, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the function of vascular endothelial cells.关键词
