桃红四物汤对Colles骨折手法复位小夹板外固定术后的影响
Influence of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Colles Fracture after Manipulative Reduction with Small Splint External Fixation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Colles fracture after manipulative reduction and external fixation with small splint.Method:From December 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with Colles fracture with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to the Fifth Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group by random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and external fixation of small splints,and the treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,wrist function(Cooney wrist score),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),bone morph protein-2(BMP-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),and TCM symptom score before surgery and 2 weeks after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:2 weeks after surgery,VAS score in treatment group was lower than that in control group,Cooney wrist score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after surgery,the inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after surgery,bone metabolism indexes(BMP-2,VEGF,TGF-β1)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after surgery,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with Colles fracture,the dialectical administration of Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of manipulative reduction and external fixation of small splints has significant efficacy.关键词
