饱和氧化镁熔渣发泡行为的试验研究
Experimental Study on Foaming Behavior of Saturated Magnesium Oxide Slag

Abstract
Slag foam is of great significance to realize high efficiency and low consumption smelting in the process of electric arc furnace steelmaking.Using high-temperature simulation experiments,the foaming height of saturated magnesium oxide slag in electric arc furnaces with different compositions under decarbonization reaction conditions is studied.The experimental results show that under the conditions of decarbonization reaction,with the extension of reaction time,the foaming height of slag first increases and then decreases,and the foaming height of slag reaches its maximum at a reaction time of 300~600 s.The variation of slag foaming height with FeO content is mainly reflected in the decrease of slag viscosity caused by the increase of FeO content,when the FeO content is less than 30%,the height of slag foaming increases with the increase of FeO content,when FeO content is higher than 30%,the change of slag foam height with FeO content is not obvious.As the alkalinity of the slag increases,the foaming height of the slag first increases and then decreases.When the FeO content is 30%and the alkalinity is 1.9,the maximum foaming height of the slag reaches 17.6 mm.The research results will provide important support for promoting the research of foam slag technology of electric arc furnace.关键词
