复方珍珠膏治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者外阴瘙痒的疗效观察
Efficacy of Compound Pearl Ointment in the Treatment of Vulvar Pruritus in Patients with Non-Neoplastic Epithelial Disorders of the Vulva

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of compound pearl ointment after optimizing the prescription in the treatment of vulvar pruritus in patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva.METHODS:From Aug.2021 to Aug.2023,a total of 60 vulvar pruritus patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva admitted into the hospital were extracted to be divided into the control group and treatment group via the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Hydrocortisone butyrate ointment was administered to the control group for external application,while the treatment group was given compound pearl ointment for external application.Both groups were treated continuously for three months.Vulvar pruritus,quality of life,skin elasticity,skin color and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups before treatment,after treatment of 1 month and 3 months.RESULTS:After treatment of 1 month and 3 months,the itch score and quality of life score in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment of 1 month and 3 months,skin elasticity score and skin color score in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the skin elasticity score of treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment of 3 months,the skin color score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drug compliance score between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in treatment group was lower,yet the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The optimized compound pearl ointment can treat vulvar pruritus in patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva,promote the improvement of vulvar skin condition,and improve the quality of life of patients.The efficacy of compound pearl ointment is better than hydrocortisone butyrate ointment,and the safety is high.关键词
