摘要

Abstract

A detailed description of the new flue gas recirculation technology renovation plan was provided,and based on two typical 750 t/d municipal solid waste incinerator flue gas recirculation renovation examples,the specific performance of the new flue gas recirculation plan in application was analyzed.Compared with conventional solutions,the new flue gas recirculation technology renovation plan has the advantages of avoiding pipeline corrosion,extending equipment service life,and reducing carbon monoxide fluctuations.Analysis of data shows that a project in Henan province has saved 14%to 31%in ammonia water consumption;a project in Jiangsu province can reduce urea consumption by up to 41%.By calculating the operating cost at rated load,the new recycling system can save up to 781 000 yuan in annual operating costs.
